Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow up/follow through skills required.Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.You have a Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Art, Film or related, or you have gained that experience by working in our industry.You probably have 1 - 2 years experience in Production minimum, preferably in Animation.Works with other assistants and the Director of Animation to schedule and prioritize key meetings and keep the Director of Animation appraised of weekly deadlines.Attends and takes notes for some animation development and production meetings.Reads and shares feedback on incoming writer/director submissions when appropriate.

Interfaces with agents and manager offices to schedule general meetings.Assists in scheduling general meetings, production meetings, and creative catch-ups.Maintains and tracks data in partnership with Finance.Attends meetings, takes notes and distributes to team.Tracks dialogue pickups called throughout the production phase in conjunction with the Script Coordinator.Prepares Animation Draft Conforms for production as well as Broadcast Conforms for final, post delivery.Prepares reference materials for Record Sessions as needed.Maintains episodic voice actor casting documents.Manages and attends Record Sessions on-site.Prints and distributes scripts, schedules, cue sheets for Record Sessions.We are looking for a team player who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, and passion for great storytelling and filmmaking that define Lucasfilm.
